Show Grand Total In Pivot Chart At Top

Have you ever created a pivot chart in Excel and wanted to see the grand total at the top of the chart? It can be frustrating to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the chart to see the total. Fortunately, there is a way to show the grand total at the top of the chart.

Step 1: Create the Pivot Chart

Step 5: Move the Grand Total to the Top of the Pivot Chart

Now that the grand total is at the top of the pivot table, we need to move it to the top of the pivot chart. Click on the pivot chart and go to the Design tab. Click on the Move Chart button and select the option to move the chart to a new sheet. This will allow you to make changes to the chart without affecting the pivot table.

Step 6: Add the Grand Total to the Pivot Chart

The final step is to add the grand total to the pivot chart. Click on the pivot chart and go to the Design tab. Click on Add Chart Element and select the option for Data Labels. Click on the Data Labels and select the option for Total.
